RESOLUTION NO, 2022- 14 A RESOLUTION OF THE CALDWELL URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A WARRANTY DEED AND QUITCLAIM DEED FROM ARCH -CON DEVELOPMENT CO., LLC AND DONALD P. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Caldwell Urban Renewal Agency accepting the above mentioned deeds made a part hereof and set forth in full.
