HomeMy WebLinkAboutURA RES 2022-09zozL, - pq RESOLUTION NO. �"" A RESOLUTION OF THE URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE NO DEFAULT CERTIFICATES FOR THE URA BONDS SERIES 2012 (CANYON COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING PROJECT), SERIES 2016 (CALDWELL SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 132 IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT), AND SERIES 2018 (INDIAN CREEK PLAZA PROJECT). BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO. Section 1: Agency hereby authorizes its Chairman to execute the No Default Certificates of which are attached as Exhibit A, Exhibit B, and Exhibit C as set forth in full. Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and approval. ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS 14th day of March, 2022. Main Street, Ste 700 Boise, ID 83702 Re: Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Caldwell, Idaho Revenue Allocation (Tax Increment) Bonds, Series 2012 (Administration Building Project) The Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Caldwell, Idaho hereby certifies that to the best of my knowledge and belief the Agency has kept, observed, performed, and fulfilled each and every one of its covenants and obligations contained in the Resolution, and there does not exist on the date of this certificate any Event of Default by the Agency under the Bond Resolution or any Event of Default under Article XI or other event which, with the lapse of time specified in Section 11.1, would become an Event of Default under Article XI. This Written Certificate of the Agency (Written Certificate) certifies that as the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners, I have read the pertinent provisions of the Bond Resolution relating to this certification. This certification is provided for in compliance with Section 9.11(D) of the Bond Resolution. In my opinion I have made such examination or investigation as necessary to provide such Written Certificate and the provisions relating to this certification have been complied with.
