(ROLL CALL)
The regularly scheduled meeting of the Caldwell Urban Renewal Agency convened at 7:00 p.m. in the Caldwell Police
Department Community Room with Vice-Chairman Porter presiding.
The URA Secretary called the roll. Present: Commissioner Porter, Commissioner Warwick, Commissioner Allgood,
and Commissioner Ramirez (via ZOOM).

(AGENDA AMENDMENT)
MOVED by Warwick, SECONDED by Allgood to amend the agenda by adding an Executive Session
pursuant to Idaho Code, Section 74-206, Subsection (l)(c) for the purpose of discussing the acquisition of or
an interest in real property not owned by a public agency.

CONSENT CALENDAR [All Consent Calendar items are considered action items]
1) Approve minutes from the Urban Renewal Agency Regularly Scheduled Meeting held on December
13,2021;
2) Approve Resolution ratifying the execution of the Task Order for "Proposal for Bridge Design -
Indian Creek at Ustick Road" between Bowen Collins & Associates and the City of Caldwell in the
amount of $ 140,650.00.
MOVED by Warwick, SECONDED by Allgood to approve the Consent Calendar as printed.

OLD BUSINESS
(ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITY REPORT FROM STEVE JENKINS [(DECEMBER 2021])
Current Projects - Miscellaneous Updates:
Project Hawks: Working with a national developer on a 40 acre site in north Caldwell. This group is considering
speculation Industrial buildings at this location. This will be their first project in the state of Idaho.
Caldwell 23: working with developers on a multi-family residential/commercial project on 2P'avenue in the college
district. This project is scheduled to break ground in the spring/summer of 2022.
Working with the developers on a large commercial/residential project on Karcher and Lake Ave. This group is
working to attract a large anchor tenant along with other smaller commercial users.
Blue Bird Car Wash: working with the car wash developers on a site along Franklin Road (exit 29). This project is
moving forward quickly and will add to the vibrancy taking place along this corridor.
