HomeMy WebLinkAboutCHPC Agenda 01-27-21 VIRTUAL PUBLIC MEETING INFORMATION Consistent with Governor Little’s guidance relating to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), public meetings and hearings, a limited number of persons will be allowed on-site with alternative options being provided. Public meetings and hearings will be conducted remotely via an online conferencing system as well as the availability of live stream viewing for the public. Details may be found at www.cityofcaldwell.org. Virtual Participation: Register in advance to provide public comments electronically or by telephone. During the registration process, you will be asked what item on the agenda you wish to speak about. On-line registration must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. After registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the virtual meeting. Written comments must be received at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting to the Planning & Zoning Department at P&Z@cityofcaldwell.org. CONSENT CALENDAR: 1) ACTION ITEM: Approve Minutes - November 11, 2020. II. CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS INTERVIEWS. 1) ACTION ITEM: Case Number CA-20-14 Applicant: Shawna Rust and Mike Mussell of Mussell Construction, 1918 Blaine Street, Caldwell, ID. A request for a Certificate of Appropriates to build an addition to the rear of the existing house. The site is located at 1918 Blaine Street, Caldwell, ID within the Steunenberg Residential Historic District. III. OLD BUSINESS 1) ACTION ITEM: None. IV. NEW BUSINESS 1) ACTION ITEM: Vote Chair and Vice-Chair for 2021. 2) DISCUSSION ITEM: Commission & Staff Reports. V. ADJOURNMENT Next Regular Historic Preservation Meeting is on February 24, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. in the Community Room at the Caldwell Police Station at 110 South Fifth Ave. Any person needing special accommodations to participate in the meeting should contact the City Office at 208-455-3021 prior to the meeting.
