MEETING MINUTES
November 16, 2021 * 1:30 PM
Caldwell Senior Center * 1009 Everett, Caldwell, Idaho
Commission Members Present: Donna Crockett,Julie Warwick, Mike Pollard
Commission Members Absent: Gerald Shea, Russell Weihe, Dean Pratt
The meeting was called to order by Crockett at 1:30 pm.
A motion to accept the minutes from the July meeting was made by Pollard and seconded by
Warwick. Motion passed.
Crocket reported that all of the items that needed attention that were brought up during the
July meeting had been repaired.
There is a leak under the sink the Ladies Room again. The handle for the hot water also needs
to be adjusted as it is difficult to turn completely off. Pollard will report to the City for repair.
There is an issue with the sidewalk in the front of the building that creates a trip hazard
especially for folks using walkers or canes. Pollard will report to the City for repair.
There is a broken tile in the dining room that needs attention. Pollard will report to the city for
repair.
The City Clerk will be asked to provide a list showing exactly what is the City's responsibility to
repair and what is the responsibility of the Senior Center board.
Discussion was held as to the process of removing and replacing a member that has stopped
coming to meetings.
Warwick made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Pollard. Motion passed.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:55 pm.
