MEETING MINUTES
July 15, 2021 * 1:00 PM
Caldwell Senior Center * 1009 Everett, Caldwell, Idaho
Commission Members Present: Donna Crockett,Julie Warwick, Russell Weihe, Mike Pollard
and Dean Pratt
Commission Members Absent: Gerald Shea.
The meeting was called to order by Crockett at 1:00 pm.
Crockett reported that the carbon monoxide detector has been installed in the kitchen by the
fire department. The light at the front door has been repaired. She will check to see if the
storeroom fixture has been repaired.
The trees along the side of the building still need to be removed. Pollard reported that the
Parks Dept is short staffed but that it is on the list to do. Pollard will report the hole in the
Men's room wall and have it repaired. There has been a request made for the AC company to
check out the AC in the office as it's not cooling the area.
Pollard will make a report to the city that the exterior light at the back door is not working and
that the back exterior door needs adjusted so that it closes consistently.
The Pool Roomwas discussed. The wall between the Pool Room and the dining room cannot be
removed as it contains electrical that would have to be relocated.
It was moved by Pratt and seconded by Weihe that the meeting be adjourned at 1:29 pm.
Motion passed.
