Mayor Nancolas called the meeting to order at 3:02 p.m.
Roll was called by the City Clerk. Present:Allgood,Wagoner, Hopper(via Zoom),Callsen,Pollard,and
McGee.
(EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO IDAHO CODE, SECTION 74-206, SUBSECTION
(1)(F)FOR THE PURPOSE OF DISCUSSING PENDING LITIGATION OR WHERE THERE IS
A GENERAL PUBLIC AWARENESS OF PROBABLE LITIGATION)
MOVED by Pollard, SECONDED by Allgood to convene into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho
Code, Section 74-206, Subsection(1)(f)for the purpose of discussing pending litigation or where there is
a general public awareness of probable litigation at 3:04 p.m.
Roll call vote. Those voting yes: Pollard, McGee, Allgood, Wagoner, Hopper, and Callsen. Those
voting no:none. Absent and/or not voting:none.
MOTION CARRIED
The Mayor reported that no decisions were made or action taken within the Executive Session and
convened into regular session.
(ADJOURNMENT)
MOVED by Allgood,SECONDED by Callsen to adjourn at 3:43 p.m.
