A parcel located in the SW ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 11, Township 3 North, Range 3 West, Boise Meridian, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a brass cap monument marking the southwesterly corner of said SW ¼ of the SE ¼, from which a brass cap monument marking the southeasterly corner of said SE ¼ of the SE ¼
bears N 89°42’15” E a distance of 1325.65 feet;
Thence N 0°33’22” E along the westerly boundary of said SE ¼ a distance of 661.89 feet to a 5/8 inch diameter iron pin;
Thence leaving said westerly boundary N 89°42’30” E a distance of 1326.33 feet to a 5/8 inch diameter iron pin on the easterly boundary of said SW ¼ of the SE ¼;
Thence S 0°36’49” W along said easterly boundary a distance of 661.81 feet to a 5/8 inch diameter iron pin marking said southeasterly corner of said SW ¼ of the SE ¼;
Thence S 89°42’15” E along said southerly boundary a distance of 1325.65 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
This parcel contains 20.14 acres and is subject to any easements existing or in use.
