The property is located at 0 Lake Ave & 0 Orchard Ave, in Section 13, Township 3 North, Range 3 West, Boise Meridian, Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho, Parcel #R32818011D0. The final plat contains 50 residential lots and 2 common lots on approximately 19.51 acres in an R-1 (Single Family Residential) zoning district. The average lot size will be 9,210 square feet. This application is submitted in conformance with the Final Plat submittal requirements for the City of Caldwell.
