On behalf of our client, Trilogy Development, we are submitting this final plat application. The
property is located at 0 Lake Ave & 0 Orchard Ave, in Section 13, Township 3 North, Range 3
West, Boise Meridian, Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho, Parcel #R32818011D0.
The final plat contains 50 residential lots and 2 common lots on approximately 19.51 acres in an
R-1 (Single Family Residential) zoning district. The average lot size will be 9,210 square feet.
This application is submitted in conformance with the Final Plat submittal requirements for the
