Ustick Rd. & Lenity Living Ave., Caldwell - ID Dear Jarom: On behalf of our client The Pacific Companies, we are pleased to present the preliminary plat application for Las Brisas Subdivision. The preliminary plat consists of 4.15 acres, 2 buildable lots, no common lots. This project is presently undeveloped ground located at the southwest corner of Ustick Rd. and Lenity Living Ave. in Caldwell. Currently a portion of the property is in the rezoning process with a public hearing scheduled for city council on September 6th. Assuming the rezone is approved the entirety of this property will be zoned C2.
