That portion of the Southwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 2, Township 3 North, Range 3 West, Boise Meridian, Canyon County, Idaho, as shown on the attached exhibit drawing and more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 2; thence along the Westerly boundary of the Southwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of said section, North 00°34'07" East, 747.78 feet;
thence South 89°28'16" East, 210.00 feet along the Southerly boundary of Heritage Meadows Subdivision Phase 1;
thence South 00°34'08" West, 431.29 feet;
thence along a non tangent curve to the left 3.25 feet, having a radius of 99.58 feet, and a long chord which bears North 83°42’04" East, 3.25 feet;
thence North 82°46'02" East, 26.05 feet;
thence along a curve to the right 25.24 feet, having a radius of 200.07 feet, and a long chord which bears North 86°22'55" East, 25.23 feet;
thence North 89°59'47" East, 157.20 feet;
thence along a curve to the right 93.94 feet, having a radius of 60.00 feet, and a long chord which bears South 45°09'05" East, 84.63 feet;
thence South 00°17'56" East, 257.55 feet to the Southerly boundary of the Southwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼, of Section 2;
thence along said boundary, South 89°42'04" West, 485.93 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 5.574 acres, more or less.
