The property is located at 0 E Florida Ave, in Section 14, Township 3N, Range 3W, Boise Meridian, Caldwell, Canyon, Idaho, Parcel R3282400000. The final plat contains 61 residential lots and 8 common lots on approximately 19.49 acres in an R-1 (Single Family Residential) zoning district. The average lot size will be 9,460 square feet and the development will provide for landscaped buffers, pathway connectivity and 9.58% useable open space. This application is submitted in conformance with the Final Plat submittal requirements for the City of Caldwell.
