I. CONSENT CALENDAR:
1) ACTION ITEM: Approve Minutes of the January 26, 2021.
II. OLD BUSINESS
1) ACTION ITEM: None.
III. NEW BUSINESS
1) ACTION ITEM: Case Number DR-20-14, a request by Mike Mussell for design review
approval to: Repair and repaint exterior front façade with approval of paint color Summit Gray;
All metal will be painted a bronze color; Remove tile and replace with approval of masonry
stone Amalfi-Coastal Stretcher; Remove and replace windows with Bronze frames;
Clean, grout, and seal brick; and a proposed off street parking. The parcel R04695 is located at
711 Cleveland Blvd. in Caldwell, Idaho. The subject property is located in the City Center
Zoning District.
2) ACTION ITEM: Vote Chair and Vice-Chair for 2021.
3) DISCUSSION ITEM: Commission & Staff Reports.

Next Regular Design Review Meeting is on March 23, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the
Caldwell Police Station at 110 South Fifth Ave.
