On behalf of client Challenge Development, please accept our request for Final Plat Approval for first phase of Pennsylvania Park Subdivision. Pennsylvania Park development is located,
at south west corner of Florida and Homedale Road. This phase has 56 buildable lots, and 4 common lots on 21.65 acres. This application with attachments is in accordance with the City
of Caldwell Final Plat application and checklist.
