This letter is to inform you that the Caldwell Planning & Zoning Department has approved
application number: SLS21-000001 splitting 2419 E. Chicago St. Parcel # R35371010A0 into 2
separate parcels as described in the recorded Record of Survey Instrument # 2018-046352 and
recorded Deed Instruments # 2021-028867 and 2021-028868.
Condition of the approval are as follows, 20’ landscape buffer is required for both parcels.
Alternative landscape plan approved by the Director on 3/19/2021 for parcel A as the required
landscape buffer will take out required parking, parking will be moved to the rear of the building.
Please keep this record for your files and submit it with any building permit application for
reference.
