This letter is to inform you that the Caldwell Planning & Zoning Department has approved
application number: SLS20-000001 (LS-20-06) splitting 404 W. Logan Parcel R0573000000 into 3
separate parcels with an ingress / egress as described in the recorded instrument # 9514576, the
Record of Survey Instrument # 2021-023123 and recorded Deed Instruments # 2021-009214,
2021-016970, 2021-009216 and re-recorded Deed Instrument # 2021-015468 to correct exhibit
for 35’ Right of Way.
Conditions of the approval are as follows, the water line easement document to be heard by City
Council on May 3, 2021 and the City Clerk’s office will handle recording the documentation.
Please keep this record for your files and submit it with any building permit application for
reference.
