HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 882 BILL NO. 35 2 ORDINANCE NO. 882 3 By BETTIS 4 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE TO THE 5 CITY OF CALDWELL, TO-WIT: 6 The Southwest quarter (SWk) of Section Twenty-one (21), Township Four (4) North, Range Three(3) West of the Boise Meridian, and the 7 Northwest quarter (NWk) of the Northwest quarter (NWk) of the South- west quarter (SWk) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Four (4) North, 8 Range Three (3) West of the Boise Meridian. 9 PROVIDING FOR THE TAKING EFFECT OF THIS ORDINANCE, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. 10 11 12 BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the City of 13 Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho: o14 4 m a 15 SECTION 1 : The hereinafter described parcels of real 16 property contiguous and adjacent to the City of Caldwell are hereby ou 17 annexed to the City of Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho, and the 18 Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell do hereby declare the same 19 to be a part a said city and that the city limits of the City of 20 Caldwell are hereby extended to include said parcels of real property, 21 said parcels being more particularly described as follows, to-wit : 22 The Southwest quarter SWk) of Section Twenty-one 23 (21), Township Four (4 North, Range Three(3) West of the Boise Meridian, and the Northwest quarter 24 (NWk) of the Northwest quarter (NWk) of the South- west quarter (SWk) of Section Fourteen (14) Township 25 Four (4) North, Range Three(3) West of the Boise Meridian. 26 SECTION 2: This ordinance shall take effect and be in full 27 force from and after its passage, approval and publication. 28 SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in 29 conflict hewjth are hereby repealed. 30 PASSED by the Council of the City of Caldwell this 2nd 31 day of April, 1956. 32 APPROVED by the Mayor this 2nd day of April, 1356.
