ORDINANCE NO. 1450
AN ORDINANCE DETERMINING THAT CERTAIN LANDS HAVE BEEN ANNEXED TO THE
CITY OF CALDWELL, STATE OF IDAHO, AND DECLARING SAID LANDS, BY PROPER
LEGAL DESCRIPTION THEREOF, AS DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO
AND MADE A PART HEREOF SHALL BE INCLUDED IN A ZONE OF THE CITY OF
CALDWELL, CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS :
Exhibit "A: - "A" Residential Zone .
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and the Council of the City of
Caldwell:
Section 1. That requests by the owners of the tracts of land
described in Exhibit "A" , attached hereto and made a part hereof as if
set forth in full, having heretofore been made to the Council, for the
annexation of said lands by the City of Caldwell, said lands being
contiguous and adjacent to the City of Caldwell, Canyon County, State
of Idaho, and the Council having annexed said lands thereto.
Section 2. It is hereby declared by the Mayor and Council of
the City of Caldwell that the tracts of land described in Exhibit "A"
by proper legal description have been declared to be a part of the
City of Caldwell, Canyon County, State of Idaho. The real property
herein annexed to the City of Caldwell, Idaho, shall be zoned as "A"
Residential Zone.
Section 3. That the full and complete legal descriptions of
the tracts of land herein declared to be a part of the City of Caldwell,
Idaho, as hereinabove set forth are particularly set forth in Exhibit
Section 4. That the real property described in Exhibit "A" of
this ordinance is hereby made a part of the "A" Residential Zone of the
City of Caldwell, Idaho, and included in the boundaries of said zone,
and the City Clerk is hereby instructed to so designate the same on the
official zoning map of the City of Caldwell, Idaho.
ORDINANCE - 1
Section 5. All ordinances, resolutions, orders, or parts
thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, rescinded and annulled .
Section 6. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to
law.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO this
18th day of October , 1977 .

DESCRIPTION OF PARK WEST ADDITION
DESCRIPTION FOR
ANNEXATION FOR CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO
A parcel situated in the NA of Section 28, Township 4 North, Range 3 West
of the Boise Meridian and is more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of said Section 28;
Thence South 89° 54' 20" East along the North boundary of said NA, a distance
of 2657.80 feet to the Northeast corner of said NA;
Thence South 0° 22' 45" East (South 0° 14' East of Record) along the East boundary
of said NWo , a distance of 2033.29 feet to a point on the South boundary of a
U.S.A. Government drain;
Thence South 89° 23' 00" West (formerly South 89° 51' West) along said drain, a
distance of 1922.88 feet;
Thence North 0° 28' 00" West along a line parallel with the West boundary of said
NWS, a distance of 125.00 feet to the North boundary of said drain;
Thence South 89° 23' 00" West (formerly South 89° 51' West) along the North
boundary of said drain, a distance of 731.70 feet to a point on the West
boundary of said Nal;
Thence North 0° 28' 00" West along the West boundary of said NA, a distance of
1941.26 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
