OWNERS CERTIFICATE
V. E. Graves & Sons, inc., a corporation orgainized and existing under
the laws of the State of Idaho and duly qualified to do business within
the State of Idaho does hereby certify that it is the owner of SUNN—
BERST SUBDIVISION which is described below. It is our intention to
include said property in this subdivision replat. The easements shown
on this plat are for the right and use and purpose set forth, and no
structures other than those for such utility, irrigation or drainage
purpose is to be erected with the limits of the easements;
The streets as shown on the plat of SUNNBERST SUBDIVISION are ded—
icated to the use of the public.
SUNNBERST SUBIDViSION is situated in a part of Tract 31, Pioneer
Subdivision according to the official plat on file in Book 4, at Page
52 of plats in the Office of the Recorder, Canyon County, Idaho and
is also situated in a part of the SE 114, Section 28, Township 4 North,
Range 3 West, Boise Meridian and is more particularly described as
follows;
BEGINNING at the SE corner of the NW 114 SW 114 SE 1A (SW —SE
1164 cor.), thence N. 0' 21' 57" E., a distance of 636,09 feet along
the -asterly boundary of said NW 114 SW 114 SE 114 to a point 25.00
feet south of the northerly boundary of said NW 114 SW 1'14 SE 114,
thent'e N. 89' 23' 56" W., a distance of 148.00 feet parallel with the
northerly boundary of sold NW 114 SW 114 SE 114 to a point on the
centf-rline of the Hoshaw Drain;
thence S. 0' 21' 57" W., a distance of 525.00 feet along the centerline
of said Hoshaw Drain;
thenc.'e S 35' 18' 40" E., a distance of 137.17 feet along the center—
line c>f said Hoshaw Drain to a point on the southerly boundary of
