OWNERS CERTIFICATE
WE, HARMON JOHNSON, ELIZABETH JOHNSON and CRAIG GIBSON, being first duly
sworn depose and say we are the owners of SUNCREST HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION more
particularly described in the legal description below, state that it is our intention to include said
property in this subdivision plat and that we do for ourselves, our heirs, transferees, successors
and assigns, do hereby dedicate, donate and convey to the public forever the streets shown on
this plat. The easements shown on this plat are intended only for the right and purpose set forth
and no structure other than those for utility, irrigation or drainage purpose is to be erected within
limits of these easements. Also, we hereby certify that this subdivision will be in compliance
with Paragraph 1 Section 50-1334 of the Idaho Code.
This subdivision is a replot of Tracts 17 and 18, and a part of Tract 19 of Orchard Heights
Subdivision found in Book 2 of Plats at Page 38, Canyon County Recorders Office; also situated
in a part of the SE 114 Section 4, Township 3 North, Range 3 West, Boise Meridian, Canyon
County, Idaho and is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the NW corner of said Tract 17, said NW corner being the INITIAL POINT of
SUNCREST HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION and monumented with a 2 inch diameter by 36 inch long
aluminum pipe with a 2 112 inch diameter aluminum cap attached;
thence N. 89' 44' 45" E., a distance of 1245.66 feet along the northerly boundaries of Tracts
17 and 18 to a point on the centerline of the Phyllis Canal;
thence S. 41' 07' 24" E., a distance of 587.56 feet along the centerline of said Phyllis Canal;
thence S. 50' 49' 28" E., a distance of 305.15 feet along the centerline of said Phyllis Canal to
a point on the southerly boundary of said Tract 19;
thence S. 89' 45' 23" W, a distance of 1872.40 feet along the southerly boundorir�s of said
Tracts 17, 18 and 19 to the SW corner of said Tract 17, said point monumented with a 518 inch
diameter iron pin;
thence N. 0' 20' 11" E., a distance of 637.82 feet along the westerly
to the INITIAL POINT of this subdivision.

NOTEi
1. Any additional lot splits will be subject to all rules, regulations,
ordinances and authority of the City of Caldwell.
2. At such time that sidewalks become acceptable, contiguous and
proper a volunteer L.I.D. will be proposed.
3. Septic tanks or droinfields ore not permitted within 100ft. of wells.
Other possible sources of pollution are not permitted within 50-00
feet of wells.
4. No lot shall be reduced in size without prior approval from Southwest
District Health Dept.
