NOTES:
1.

of each lot line.
3.
Should lot lines be adjusted the existing
easement shall move with the adjusted
lot line, provided that the utilities are not
currently installed within the limits of the
easement.

Radii of all street corners and Cul-De-Sac

Roll curb and 4ft sidewalk will be installed
on interior streets.

All utilities such as telephone and power lines
