The meeting was called to order by Chair, Adam at 5:32 p.m.
MOVED by Brea SECONDED by Giselle to approve the agenda as written. All in favor
MOTION CARRIED
MOVED by Darby SECONDED by Brea to approve the minutes as written. All in favor
MOTION CARRIED
MOVED by Giselle SECONDED by Brea to approve starting a scholarship for Thomas
Jefferson Charter School in the amount of$300. All in favor MOTION CARRIED
Rake up Caldwell: Darby was chosen as Team Leader, she is in charge of organizing the MYAC
team and will contact everyone with the house addresses to be raked on November 14th.
Glove, hat, scarf drive update: Boxes have been set up at three different locations(Albertsons,
Caldwell Free Methodist Church,and D&B Supply) and the drive runs until the 23rd of
November.The donations will be distributed by Oasis Feeding Program. Please get the word out!
MOVED by Giselle SECONDED by Sofia to set the Christmas Ice Skating date for December
18th. Bring a friend! All in favor MOTION CARRIED
Gala Dinner Update: We discussed the possibility of a virtual dinner event and tentatively set
meetings to begin after Thanksgiving.
