NOTE5 :
1. BEARING NOTE - The bearings, unless otherwise noted , are from the Idaho State
Plane Coordinate System , based on the transverse Mercator pro-
jection for the West Zone of Idaho . To convert to geodetic
bearings , a correction of 0*38' 12" must be subtracted from
all NE and SW bearings and added to all NW and SE bear-
ings . This da angle was computed for the W1/4 Car. , Sec.
23, T4N,R3W,B.M. At this Latitude, the do angle changes
0°00'49" per mile of eastings.
2.Title to the right of way of the Notus Canal in Section 22 probably still remains
with the Odd Fellows lodge. A map of the survey made by Don Baird in 1947
shows a survey of the right of way in Section 22 , but omits the area up to
330 ft. N. of the S 1/16 Car common to Sections 22 and 23 . This map is kept o
in the office of the City Engineer. No record could be found of a conveyance to °
the Bureau of Reclamation. The entire Notus Canal right of way will be described u
in a separate legal description for possible conveyance to the o osbs u

3. Title to the right of way of the Notus Canal in Section 23 may
still remain with the Odd Fellows Lodge; however, a survey of eVo (3q g3J
the right of way was made by the Bureau of Reclamation in L
