FOR THE DESIGN OF THE NORTH RANCH AREA IMPROVEMENTS IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,700.00 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL,IDAHO: Section 1: Agency hereby authorizes its Chairman to execute Amendment No. 2 to the Owner-Consultant Agreement as set forth in full. Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and approval. Due to plan changes for the North Ranch Area Improvements, Keller Associates, Inc. has submitted amendment No. 2 to the original contract in the amount of $5,700.00, which will increase the current contract amount of$114,300.00 to $120,000.00. This contract amendment will cover the re-work required to modify the existing roadway design to include right hand turn lanes on Roads East and West where they intersect Muller Lane. Said re-work will include new models, profiles, templates, and assemblies in those locations. RECOMMENDED ACTION.• Approve the attached Amendment as recommend by the Caldwell Engineering Department.
