UNLESS OTHERWISE SHOWN, LOT LINES COMMON TO A PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY AND ALL REAR LOOT LINES SHALL HAVE A TEN FOOT WIDE PERMANENT PUBLIC UTILITIES, PROPERTY DRAINAGE AND IRRIGATION EASEMENT. 2.
