boundary of said SE1/4 of the NE1/4,

N.89°57’17”W., 576.73 feet to a tangent point of curvature; thence along a curve to the left,
2) having an arc length of 321.93 feet, a radius of 679.00 feet, through a central angle of
27°09’55” and having a long chord which bears S.76°27’46”W., 318.92 feet to a point of non-tangency; thence parallel with the east boundary of said SE1/4 of the NE1/4,
N.00°02’43”E., 499.74 feet to a point on the north boundary of said SE1/4 of the NE /4;
thence along said north boundary,
4) N.88°54’53”E., 886.90 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING
