BEGINNING at the center of said Section 12, thence along the North line of the SE 1/4 of said Section 12 North 88° 51' 36" East a distance of 96.40 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod from which
a brass cap monument marking the northeast corner of said SE 1/4 bears North 88° 51' 36" East a distance of 2553.14 feet;
Thence leaving said North line South 00° 42' 18" East a distance of 256.59 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod;
Thence South 89° 13' 30" West a distance of 99.21 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod on the West line of said SE 1/4;
Thence along said West line South 00° 04' 33" East a distance of 254.50 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod;
Thence leaving said West line South 88° 51' 51" West a distance of 858.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod;
Thence North 10° 57' 41" West a distance of 517.93 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod on the North line of the SW 1/4 of said Section 12 from which an aluminum cap monument marking the northwest
corner of said SW 1/4 bears South 88°51’36” West a distance of 1700.46 feet;
Thence along said North line North 88° 51' 36" East a distance of 955.83 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said parcel contains 487,932 square feet, 11.20 acres more or less and is subject to any and all easements and/or rights-of-ways of record.
