An easement for construction, maintenance and operation purposes over a strip of land 33.00 feet wide situated in a portion of the NW 1/4 of Section 12, Township 3 North, Range 3 West,
Boise Meridian, City of Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho and more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the South line of said NW 1/4 of Section 12 from which an aluminum cap monument marking the southwest corner of said NW 1/4 bears
South 88° 51’ 36” West a distance of 1758.23 feet;
Thence North 01° 08’ 24” West a distance of 33.00 feet to a point;
Thence along a line 33.00 feet distant said South line, when measured perpendicular thereto, South 88° 51’ 36” West a distance of 310.00 feet to a point;
Thence South 01° 08’ 24” East a distance of 33.00 feet to a point on the said South line of the NW 1/4;
Thence along said South line North 88° 51’ 36” East a distance of 310.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said strip of land contains 10,230 sq. ft. or 0.23 acres more or less.
