ORDINANCE NO. 3294
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO.3228 (Bill 36), THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2019 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2020 APPROPRIATING
ADDITIONAL MONIES THAT ARE TO BE RECEIVED AND/OR EXPENDED BY THE
CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, IN THE SUM OF $8,714,298 AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL,
IDAHO:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 3228 (Bill 36), the appropriation ordinance for the
City of Caldwell, Idaho, for the fiscal year commencing October 1, 2019 and ending September
30, 2020, and the same is hereby amended as follows:
That the additional sum of monies be appropriated to revenues in the sum of $8,253,472
be used for authorized activities.
That the sum of monies appropriated out of expenditures in the amount of $8,714,298 to
be used for authorized activities.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL THIS 8", day of
September 2020.
APPROVED BY THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL THIS 8t, day of
