Dear Jarom: We are pleased to present to you for our 21st and Chicago, LLC the attached and completed Final Plat application; along with the checklist for the above referenced application. Our goal is to be placed on an agenda for the Planning and Zoning staff, as soon as possible. The final plat consists of 6.97 acres, six buildable lots, no common lots and a landscaping buffer on N. 21st and Chicago. The preliminary plat was approved at City Council on April 17th, 2017. Therefore, the submitted final plat is in conformance with the approved preliminary plat.
