RE: FINAL PLAT APPLICATION – BRITTANY HEIGHTS SUBDIVSION NO. 1
Dear Mr. Mapp:
On behalf of our client, Trilogy Development, we are submitting this final plat application for
Brittany Heights Subdivsion No. 1. The property is located at 0 E Homedale Rd, Situated in the
Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 3 North, Range 3 West,
Boise Meridian, City of Caldwell, County of Canyon, State of Idaho, Parcel # R3274901100.
The final plat contains 65 residential lots and 8 common lots on approximately 19.34 acres in an
R-1 zoning district. The average lot size will be 7,447 sq. ft.
This application is submitted in conformance with the Final Plat submittal requirements for the
