RE: Windsor Creek East Subdivision No. 5 Final Plat Application
Gentlemen:
On behalf of Windsor Creek Properties LLC, I request City of Caldwell’s approval of the Final
Plat for the Windsor Creek East Subdivision No. 5. The site is located at southside of Homedale
Road approximately 2200 feet east of Lake Avenue. The site is 7.36 acres in size, and is
currently vacant.
Windsor Creek East Subdivision No. 5 has 37 total lots, consisting of 33 buildable and 4
common. All 33 buildable lots will have single-family. The common lots consist of two micro
pathway and one ditch easement and one street buffer. The final plat complies too all the
preliminary plat requirements. The propose construction design complies with to local agency
and general engineering practices.
