Home My WebLink AboutURA RES 2020-15 RESOLUTION NO. 2()Z,(- )7j__5 WHEREAS Trilogy Development has requested a partnership to pipe the A-Drain between Skyway Drive and US Highway 20/26; and, WHEREAS piping the A-Drain in this location would open property up for development in the nearly consumed Sky Ranch Industrial area; BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Urban Renewal Board of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Caldwell, Idaho to participate in the piping of the A-Drain between Skyway Drive and US 20/26 by reimbursing the documented costs of materials for piping the A-Drain up to a maximum of$150,000 including pipe, pipe bedding, boxes, manholes, etc.. FURTHER directing City Staff to ensure the design, and installation will allow the A-Drain to function as needed and intended. '"Frilogy Development has requested a partnership in piping the A-Drain through important development property in the Sky Ranch Area (at the Southeast corner of Aviation and US 20/26), They are seeking assistance in some similarity to the assistance provided to other developments (,Fresca). The Urban Renewal Agency participated in piping and realigning the, A-Drain relative to the Fresca projec t by paying 11or the cost,of Materials. The Fresca team installed the materials. The Economic Development Tearn has reviewed Trilogy's request and proposes that Urban Renewal reimburse the material costs for the protect up to a not to exceed amount of$150,000.
