A parcel of land being Lots 1 & 2 of Block 22, Lots 3-10 of Block 25 of Hasbrouck’s Resubdivision, part of vacated Jefferson Street, and one-half of the alley adjacent thereto all located
in the NE1/4 of Section 28, Township 4 North, Range 3 West, Boise Meridian, Canyon County Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point at the centerline intersection of S. Kimball Ave. & Grant St. monument with a found aluminum cap, said point lying N 43° 25' 00" E a distance of 1898.02 feet along
the centerline of S. Kimball Ave. from a point at the centerline intersection of S. Kimball Ave. & Paynter Ave., said point monumented with a found 5/8” iron pin;
Thence S 43° 25' 00" W a distance of 762.10 feet along the centerline of S. Kimball Ave. to a point;
Thence N 46° 37' 00" W a distance of 40.00 feet perpendicular to said centerline to the most easterly corner of Lot 3, Block 25 of said Hasbrouck’s Resubdivision, said point being the
POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence S 43° 25' 00" W a distance of 336.00 feet along the southeasterly boundary of said Lots 1 & 2 of Block 22, Lots 3-10 of Block 25 of Hasbrouck’s Resubdivision to the most southerly
corner of said Lot 2, Block 22 of Hasbrouck’s Resubdivision.
Thence N 46° 36' 56" W a distance of 150.14 feet along the southwesterly boundary of said Lot 2, Block 22 to a point on the centerline of the vacated alley;
Thence N 43° 25' 00" E a distance of 336.00 feet along said centerline to a point on the extension the northeasterly boundary line of said Lot 3, Block 25;
Thence S 46° 36' 56" E a distance of 150.14 feet along said northeasterly boundary to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
This parcel contains 1.158 acres more or less.
