Basis of Bearing being the North line of said North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 derived from found monuments and taken as North 89°38'59" East.
BEGINNING at a brass cap monument marking the Northeast corner of said North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4, thence along the East line of said North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 South 00°02'42"
East a distance of 1,321.16 feet to a railroad spike marking the Southeast corner of said North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4;
thence leaving said East line and along the South line of said North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 South 89°38'01" West a distance of 2,637.12 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar being the southwest
corner of said North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4;
