CITY OF CALDWELL
SENIOR CITIZEN CENTER COMMISSION
MEETING MINUTES
October 17, 2019 * 1:00 PM
Caldwell Senior Center * 1009 Everett, Caldwell, Idaho
Commission Members Present: Donna Crockett,Julie Warwick, Russell Weihe, Gerald Shea,
Mike Pollard and Dean Pratt
Commission Members Absent: None.
The meeting was called to order by Crockett at 1:00 pm.
Minutes from the previous meeting were reviewed. A motion was made by Pratt and seconded
by Weihe that the minutes be approved as submitted. Motion passed.
The following items that were brought the city's attention have been repaired: Main entry
door, hole in sidewalk at front of building has been filled, missing handicap sign has been
replaced, loose electrical receptacles have been replaced, office air conditioning has been fixed.
Items that have not yet been addressed include removing the tree near front door, removal of
dead branches from trees in parking lot and installing carbon monoxide detectors.
The back door was not secure and could be pulled open from the outside. It has been secured
and has had weatherstripping also installed.
The Senior Center appreciates the new flag that the city installed on the flag pole
Pratt made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 1:50 pm. The motion was seconded by Pollard
and meeting was adjourned.
The next meeting will be on Thursday,January 16, 2020 at 1:00 pm at the Caldwell Senior
Center.
