Present: Margaret and Jerry Langan, Dave Wilson, Jim Porter, Mike and Tammy Dittenber, Mark Pemble,
Everett and Jodi Lile,and Debbie Geyer.
Jerry Langan called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. at the Caldwell Train Depot.

MOVED by Tammy Dittenber,SECONDED by Margaret Langan to approve the agenda.

MOVED by Debbie Geyer,SECONDED by Jim Porter to approve the minutes as printed.

FINANCE REPORT:
Debbie Geyer provided the up-to-date financial report as of May 30, 2019:
• Revenues YTD: $864.63
• Expenditures YTD: $84.49
• Account Balance: $7,871.33
MOVED to Margaret Langan,SECONDED by Mike Dittenber to approve the financial report as presented.

The Langans and Debbie Geyer reported on the success of the May and June open house events.
NEW BUSINESS:
(2019 NIGHT OF HISTORY EVENT)
Date: Thursday,September 12, 2019
Location: Our Memories Museum—1122 Main Street Caldwell
Time: Tour#1: 6:00 p.m.to 7:00 p.m.
Tour#2: 7:00 p.m.to 8:00 p.m.

Volunteer Assignments:
• Raffle Basket: Jerry&Margaret Langan
o Debbie will provide roll of tickets for raffle
o Jerry& Margaret will bring a small table
• Gift Store Items: Jim&Sharon Porter
o Jim &Sharon will coordinate the display set-up and sale of items
• Ticket Design&Management: Mike&Tammy Dittenber
o 50 tickets for each tour
o Different colors for clarity of which tour
o Mike&Tammy will bring a table
• Refreshments: Everett&Jodi Lile
o Finger food items&small bottles of water
o Everett&Jodi will coordinate the set up and manning the refreshments
• Meet&Greet --All FOD Members
o Debbie will create a brochure for handing out to those in attendance about the Caldwell
Train Depot.
Event Finances:
Discussion was held concerning the estimated expenses:
Media Design $75.00
Advertising—ITP $250.00
Advertising—Caldwell Perspective $250.00
Food Items $200.00
Donation to Our Memories Museum $100.00
MOVED by Mike Dittenber, SECONDED by Jim Porter to approve an allocation not to exceed $1,000 for the
Night of History event on September 12, 2019.

Friday, November 22: Winter Wonderland
• Jim Porter reported that the Caldwell Free Methodist Church will bake the cookies
• Debbie will approach some local agencies concerning a possible display or outreach for the bench
area in the depot
• A sign-up list will be distributed for the interpretive center volunteers that evening
Thursday, December 12: Friends of the Depot Volunteer Appreciation Gathering
• The Mike&Tammy Dittenber will host the event at their home
• An invitation will be created and distributed for RSVP to the FOD Members
