WHEREAS the approval of the request to use $230,000 City Increment from URA FYI for the City
match portion of the final construction and retainage costs of Indian Creek Plaza construction.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Chairman and Board of Commissioner of the Urban Renewal
Agency of the City of Caldwell, Idaho,to approve the request to use City Increment from URA FYI 9
for$20,000 for the final construction and retainage payment of Indian Creep Plaza.

that becomes available is a result of $3 0,000 from URA's F"Y2 19 budget, which was for Economic
Development pro.ject(s) that will not be requested in F Y2tl19, as well as $100,000 that was budgeted for a
YMCA project that will also not be request in F'Y2019„
