CONSENT CALENDAR:
1) ACTION ITEM: Approve Minutes of the June 18, 2019 meeting as signed by Chairperson Doty-
Pomoransky.
NEW BUSINESS:
1) ACTION ITEM: Case Number SUP-19-11: A request by Efren Solares Cruz for a special-use
permit to place a Manufactured Home on a parcel within the M-1 (Light Industrial) zoning district.
The subject property is located at 127 W. Belmont Street in Caldwell, Idaho.
2) ACTION ITEM: Case Number ANN-19-04: A request by Casey Gray and Linden Holdings LLC
to annex 9.57 acres, more or less, with an M-1 (Light Industrial) zoning designation and annexation
agreement. The subject property is located on the west side of Interstate-84, approximately 1,500
feet south of Linden Road (Parcel # R3590100000) in Caldwell, Idaho.
3) ACTION ITEM: Case Number SUP-19-12: A request by Casey Gray and Linden Holdings LLC
for a special-use permit to construct an off-premise sign (billboard) within the M-1 (Light Industrial)
zoning district. The subject property is located on the west side of Interstate-84, approximately
1,500 feet south of Linden Road (Parcel # R3590100000) in Caldwell, Idaho.
4) ACTION ITEM: Case Number SUP-19-13: A request by Casey Gray and Linden Holdings Case #
SUP-19-13: A request by Casey Gray and Linden Holdings LLC for a special-use permit to
construct an off-premise sign (billboard) within the M-1 (Light Industrial) zoning district. The
subject property is located on the west side of Interstate-84, approximately 1,500 feet south of
Linden Road (Parcel # R3590100000) in Caldwell, Idaho.
5) ACTION ITEM: Case Number OA-19-03: A request by the City of Caldwell Planning and Zoning
Department to amend portions of Chapter 10, the Zoning Ordinance, of City Code.
6) ACTION ITEM: Case Number OA-19-04: A request by the City of Caldwell Planning and Zoning
Department to amend portions of Chapter 10, the Zoning Ordinance, of City Code. (Applicant has
requested that this item be continued to the Regularly Scheduled Planning and Zoning Commission
Meeting to be held on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.)
7) Planning and Zoning Issues, if any.
8) Adjournment.
