ORDINANCE NO. 3223
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 3, ARTICLE I OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
CITY OF CALDWELL, COUNTY OF CANYON, STATE OF IDAHO, PERTAINING TO GENERAL
PROVISIONS BY DELETING AND ADDING CERTAIN LANGUAGE IN SECTION 03-01-05 (1)
PERTAINING TO SALARIES OF ELECTED OFFICIALS- REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES,
RESOLUTIONS,ORDERS AND PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT HEREWITH,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell, County of Canyon, State of Idaho:
Section 1. That Chapter 3, Article I and Section 5 of the Municipal Code of the City of Caldwell, County of
Canyon, State of Idaho pertaining to Salaries be amended as follows:
03-01-05: MAYOR AND COUNCIL SALARIES:
(1) Elected Officials:
A. Mayor: Commencing January 1, 2020,the Mayor,shall receive a biweekly salary in the SLIM of three
thousand five hundred eighty-five and thirty-eight cents ($3,5 85.3 8).
B. Council: Commencing January 1, 2020, each, member of"the council elected to office or in office
shall receive a biweekly salary in the sum of three hundred sixty-six and forty-one cents ($3 66.4 1)1.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
