Mapping COVTIMPAC7. $116,000 Parks and Recreation FUNDING Urban Renewal(URA)Directed Pr«jest Air ort SOURCE- Information Systems TIME INE: FY2020 -Golf Course OT1-ER: SUMMARY S"TATEti4ENT: In 2018, Moonlake Consulting;, LLC requested a commitment from the City and URA to participate in a 50-unit mixed income: sewer affordable housing; protect located at 802 Cleveland Blvd. in downtown Caldwell if"other funding grants became available following an application process. The Project was Funded in early 2019 and construction plans began soon after. The parking lot improvements committed to are valued at $116,000. This funding would be a recommendation from City Council to URA for the purpose of a shared parking lot that may be used for public use with an agreement set up with the developer. This cast share is planned to be expended in FY2020 and will serve as a reimbursement to Moonlake Consulting;, LLC. RECOMMENDED ACTION. For the URA to approve the expense of $1.16,000 to reimburse oon]a.ke Consulting, LLC for parking; lot improvements as a partnership to assist in the completion of this 50-unit nixed income senior affordable housing; development.
