APPROVE RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A WARRANTY
DEED BY THE CALDWELL URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY REGARDING THE
PURCHASE OF URA PROPERTY BY LCCS, LLC IN THE SKY RANCH BUSINESS
CENTER.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Caldwell Urban Renewal Agency to authorize
acceptance of the Warranty Deed made a part hereof as set forth in full.
