This easement,along the southeasterly side of URA-owned property located on the west side of Srneed Pkwy, north of Skyway Business Parr subdivision (Parcel No. R35307010000), provides a corridor for an existing pressure irrigation line owned and maintained by the City of Caldwell. RECOMMENDED ACTION: It is the recommendation of Public Works that the Commission approve the easement as submitted and. authorize Chairman Hopper to sign the easement on behalf of the. In exercising the rights granted herein, the CITY OF CALDWELL will not unreasonably interfere with the normal use of the premises and will, at its sole cost and expense and with due diligence, restore the premises to its original or better condition following any use of the easement either for construction„ repair, maintenance, and/or replacement of said facilities and appurtenances thereto.
