Caldwell Police Station, 110 South 5th Members present: Seth Siple,Joseph Tibesar, Yami Escobedo,Zenaida De La Cruz,Xavier, Barbosa, Ryan Best,Conner McGill,Adam Rivera,Andrew Escobedo, Emily Jenacaro, Grace Larson, Kayli Harris, Ethan Ramos, Geraldine Ruiz,Corra Brannam, Aleah Wakeley, Meems Puga Excuse: Macy Rampinini,Jennifer Tobar, Madison Smith The meeting was called to order by Chairman, Seth Siple at 6p.m. MOVED by Andy SECONDED by Corra to approve the agenda as written. All in favor MOTION CARRIED Minutes were not available from the October 17 meeting. Chairman excused Madison, Macy and Jennifer who were not able to attend the meeting. MOVED by Joseph SECONDED by Andy to have the Christmas party on December 19 at the Plaza. Susan will reserve the skating ribbon and a fire pit from 5:30 to 7:30pm. Spooky Spot was a huge success. It was suggested to start planning the event earlier next year. Discussion on themes for next year—Ghost Busters, clowns, haunted school. Rake up Caldwell is November 10,meet at City Hall at 8:30am Sticker Shock,we will be putting stickers on 4000 liquor bags that state"Think Twice or Pay the Price""If you provide alcohol to minors,you could face up to$1,000 in fines&up to one year in jail". Meet at City Hall on November 14 at 4pm. Update: The fund raises dinner will be held on Saturday, February 16 at Indian Creek Steakhouse. Discussion on theme and whether we should go formal or more casual. Further discussion on possibly raising the cost of table sponsors and tickets. White Paper: Some discussion on topics and how to write a paper. Bring your ideas to the next meeting or contact the executive board with your ideas. Washington D.C. March 12— 17.
