A RESOLUTION BY THE URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
CALDWELL IDAHO GRANTING RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE CITY OF CALDWELL,
IDAHO FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEVELOPING SKYWAY STREET.
Be it Resolved that the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Caldwell Idaho hereby grants to the
City of Caldwell, Idaho a"QUIT CLAIM DEED"and authorizes the Urban Renewal Agency
Chairman to sign said Quite Claim Deed. This deed provides the necessary right-of-way for the
development of Skyway Street.
The Secretary of the Urban Renewal Agency is hereby directed to obtain signatures on the
attached"Quit Claim Deed" and return the original signed documents to the Engineering
Department of the City of Caldwell.
PASSED BY THE BOAR OF COMMISSIONERS of the Urban Renewal Agency of the
City of Caldwell,Idaho,this the 13th day of August,2018.

RE: Dedication of Right-of-Way to the City of Caldwell for the Construction of Skyway
Street
DATE: August 13,2018
Re: Approve and Sign a Quit Claim Deed Granting right-of-way to the City of Caldwell from
Urban Renewal Agency for the Construction of Skyway Street
It is proposed that the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Caldwell Idaho dedicates a forty foot
wide strip of land for right-of-way development. This dedication of right-of-way is necessary for the
construction of Skyway Street between Slipstream Way and KCID Road.
The proposed deed is attached:
1. Quit Claim Deed:
Dedication of a forty foot wide strip of land along Skyway Street.
It is the recommendation of the Engineering Department that Council approves the deed as
submitted.
