BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Chairman and Members of the Urban Renewal Agency of
the City of Caldwell,Idaho,that the Chairman of said commission is hereby authorized to sign
the Corporate Warranty Deed granting a parcel of land to be dedicated as right-of-way for KCID
Road. Said parcel of land being located on the west side of S. KCID Road approximately 360
feet north of E. Linden Street.
PASSED BY THE COMMISSION of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Caldwell,
Idaho,this 13th day of August, 2018.

RE: Corporate Warranty Deed from the Urban Renewal Agency to the City of Caldwell
DATE: July 24,2018
RE: Approve a Corporate Warranty Deed from the Urban Renewal Agency to the City of
Caldwell.
The parcel that this deed describes is the west half of a portion of S. KCID Road located
approximately 360 feet north of E. Linden Street and is intended to be dedicated as right-of-way.
The subject parcel is labeled as Parcel A as shown on a Record of Survey recorded in Canyon
County,Idaho as Instrument No. 2018021837.
The following is attached:
1. Corporate Warranty Deed from the Urban Renewal Agency to the City of Caldwell
2. Record of Survey
Request: Authorize Chairman Hopper to sign the Corporate Warranty Deed granting that certain
parcel described above to the City of Caldwell as right-of-way for S. KCID Road.
