A RESOLUTION OF THE URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
CALDWELL, IDAHO, APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF A QUITCLAIM DEED
CONVEYING TITLE OF THAT CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN
AS "INDIAN CREEK PLAZA" TO THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO, PURSUANT
TO IDAHO CODE §50-2015, AND PROVIDING FOR THIS RESOLUTION TO BE
EFFECTIVE UPON ITS PASSAGE AND APPROVAL.
THIS RESOLUTION is made on the date hereinafter set forth by the Urban Renewal
Agency of the City of Caldwell, Idaho an independent public body corporate and politic,
authorized under the authority of the Idaho Urban Renewal Agency Law of 1965, as amended,
Chapter 20, Title 50, Idaho Code, a duly created and functioning Urban Renewal Agency for
Caldwell, Idaho, hereinafter referred to as the"Agency."
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Plan, the Agency acquired that certain parcel of real property
in the urban renewal area commonly known as 124 S. Kimball Avenue, lying on the
northwesterly corner of Kimball and Arthur Street in downtown Caldwell, Idaho, and formerly
the site of King's Variety Store, and redeveloped and rehabilitated said property into what has
now become commonly known as "Indian Creek Plaza" (hereinafter, "Indian Creek Plaza"),
located in downtown Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
Lots 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24 in Block 4
of Original Townsite of Caldwell, according to the official plat
thereof, filed in Book 1 of Plats at Page(s)20, official records of
Canyon County, Idaho.
in order to provide a beneficial community asset, to encourage private investment and economic
development, and to encourage redevelopment in the vicinity, and otherwise accomplish the
goals and intentions of the Plan; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Idaho Code §50-2015(f) the Agency is authorized to transfer
and convey Indian Creek Plaza to the City of Caldwell subject to the requirements of said statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF THE URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO:
Section 1: That the Agency does hereby authorize the execution of the Quitclaim
Deed, substantially in the same form as that attached hereto and marked as Exhibit "A,"
transferring and conveying Indian Creek Plaza to the City of Caldwell, subject to the statutory
obligations set forth in Idaho Code § 50-2015(f), which require that said property be used for and
in accordance with those purposes designated in the Plan.

Section 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
adoption and approval.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 13th day of August, 2018.

QUITCLAIM DEED
THE URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY OF THE CITY OF CALDWELL, an
independent public body corporate and politic of 411 Blaine St., Caldwell, Idaho 83605
("Grantor"), pursuant to the authority granted to it under Idaho Code § 50-2015(f), does hereby,
without consideration, REMISE, RELEASE and forever QUITCLAIM unto CITY OF
CALDWELL, an Idaho municipal corporation of 411 Blaine Street, Caldwell, Idaho 83605
("Grantee"), and unto its successors and assigns forever, all of Grantor's right, title, interest,
estate, claim and demand, both at law and in equity, of, in, and to the certain parcel of real
property commonly known as 124 S. Kimball Avenue, Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho, and
more recently developed as"Indian Creek Plaza,"more particularly described as follows:
Lots 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24 in Block 4
of Original Townsite of Caldwell, according to the official plat
thereof,filed in Book 1 of Plats at Page(s)20, official records of
Canyon County,Idaho.
with all appurtenances.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the Grantor has caused this deed to be duly executed as of the
