The $119,334 funding request will replace the $100,000 in the FY18 City Increment URA Budget for a project (YMCA)which will not take place in FY18. Using the City Increment for this project will also assist the Airport Fund Balance. The Mayor and City Council have approved this request with attached resolution. The URA Treasurer has reviewed the project and recommends that this be approved by the URA board as a City Increment project.
