HICKMAN, INDIVIDUALLY, AND RANDALL L. AND PATRICIA A. HICKMAN, HUSBAND AND WIFE, FOR THE 400 LATERAL (A/K/A/ HORTON LATERAL) MADE A PART HEREOF AND SET FORTH IN FULL. Hickman, individually, and Randall L. and Patricia A Hickman, husband and wife, said Agreement being, retorded as Canyon County Instrument No. 2018-005609 on February 9, 2018. WHEREAS, Pioneer owns, operates and maintains the irrigation facility known as the 400 Lateral (a/k/a Horton Lateral),together with a corresponding irrigation easement/right-of- way for the same as part of its irrigation system, and WHEREAS, the parties entered into the Agreement referenced above involving in part the relocation/realignment/piping of the 400 Lateral, which Agreement also conveyed to the District an easement for the relocated/realigned/piped section of the 400 Lateral; NOW, THEREFORE, Pioneer Irrigation District hereby relinquishes, abandons, and releases all right, title, estate and interest in and to that former section of the 400 Lateral depicted and described in Exhibits A and B attached hereto and made a part hereof. Pioneer's relinquishment, abandonment, and release extends and is limited solely to that former section, of the 400 Lateral depicted and described in Exhibits A and B attached hereto.
