A RESOLUTION OF THE CALDWELL URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF ESTABLISHING SIGNATORIES FOR THE NEW BANK
ACCOUNTS WITH BANNER BANK. THE PROPOSED NEW SIGNATORIES FOR THE
BANNER BANK ACCOUNTS ARE THE URA CHAIRMAN AND TREASURER.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Caldwell Urban Renewal Agency authorizes the execution of
signatories for the new bank accounts with Banner Bank, with completion of the supporting documents
provided by Banner Bank made a part hereof and set forth in full.
PASSED BY THE CALDWELL URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY this 12t" day of March, 2018.
